The Trails Village is a 573 acre mixed use residential village with single and multi-family neighborhoods. There are custom homes in Desert Trails and Mountain Trails.
The Trails Village Center at Summerlin is a 175,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by Vons and Longs Drugs with nearly 50 retailers. The United States Post Office is located off of the main thorough fare through The Trails. Development commenced in 1993 by The Howard Hughes Corporation
